Edited jpg cannot be saved in selected custom size

For a few days now, it has not been possible for me to save a reduced image (jpg) on the iPad Pro and iPhone 13Pro Max.

PhotoShop Express displays the selected size (custom size) in the app. However, the edited image cannot be saved in a reduced size. The app ignores my input.

iOS 15,6 (latest), reset, reinstallation did not help. I haven't changed any setting. There was only an update of the app. (Bug???)

I am a paying ABO-User.

Support is informed. In the German-speaking chat support, there has been no real help so far. (Holiday?) I am despondent because I like the app very much. Or liked it ...

Does anyone have an idea about this problem?

Problem solved!
The chat support was (for days) very patient and tried hard! Thanks for that! After the timely update, the problem no longer exists. :white_heavy_check_mark:
