Export Custom Filters from Photoshop Express Mobile

I am a professional photographer and I have spent a lot of time creating my own saved filters on my Android cell phone. I upgraded my cell phone and when I migrated over, I do not have the custom filters I built on my Photoshop Express on my new phone.

Is there a way to export them?
