He contratado la prueba gratuita de 3 días y me han cobrado el mes entero inmediatamente. He cancelado la suscripción en el mismo día, pero me dice que ya estoy suscrita hasta el 15/9. Me van a devolver el dinero? Si no es así, por que dicen que es una prueba gratuita ?

Thanks for reaching out. There is undoubtedly an issue here; you can cancel your subscription anytime via your Adobe Account page or by contacting Customer Support. You'll be fully refunded if you cancel within 14 days of your initial order.
