Grunge Overlay in Photoshop Express missing (iOS)

What's happened to them? I used to regularly overlay my photos with "Grunge" overlays. One of the reasons I liked PS Express. 

Since a month or so these have disappeared. The feature is no longer there. 

Is there a setting I have distrurbed? Can you turn access to Overlays on or off?

Which version of Photoshop Express are you using? Would you mind sharing where exactly you were getting this overlay and what you are seeing? 

Did it disappear after any recent update? Where are you looking for this overlay?

Did you try re-installing the application? 

When I check it on my end, I can still find the overlay.
