How to share art/data progression from photoshop express (mobile) to photoshop (computer)

I want to know if I can share progression of photoshop from on my phone and then on my computer, because sometimes I need to use photoshop to make art, but I would like to know how to use it on the go, and then continue once I'm at home on the computer. I know that photoshop express is basically photoshop on phones, but I would like to share my data from my computer with photoshop, with the express on mobile. So I can share progression on both devices rather than waiting to get home to finish on the piece on the computer. Also, how can I transfer photoshop express files on to photoshop on computer?
