iPhone XS Max - PS Express - 3 layers max issue

Hello, 

My iPhone XS Max updated and now I can only use 3 layers maximum when editing or creating photos. 

This device shouldn't have a memory limit with the app, so I need help figuring this out, please. I'd like to get back to using the regular amount of layers possible prior to this update I got.
