Is "Help Us Improve" disabled?

The Help Us Improve option under settings in the Photoshop Express app throws an error that I need to "set up an email address." I am logged in to my CC account and my email address is clearly shown on the setting screen, so what gives?

We are sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the app. Have you tried reinstalling it to see if this helps? Once you uninstall the application, restart your phone and install the Photoshop Express application. Then, try logging in with the same email address as Creative Cloud. Please let me know if this helps. I recommend sharing a screen recording of the workflow while it crashes to investigate further. Also, share the version of the installed Photoshop Express application and your device's OS version.
