It wont let me export an image at its full resolution

the actual resolution of the picture is 6000x4000 but the export option its stuck at this.

We are sorry for your difficulties. Please let us know the device OS details and the Photoshop Express application version installed on your device. I recommend checking if you have any pending updates for the device and the Photoshop Express application. If there is nothing to lose in saving your work, try reinstalling the application to see if this makes any difference. 

Is this error while exporting images with the original size happening recently or for a long time?
