Liquify Tool not available in Photoshop Express

Hi All,

Disappointed that Photoshop fix app has been removed and the paid replacement of Photoshop Express app isn't as powerful. Someone here is going to disappoint me and say that the liquify tools in Fix didn't make it over to Express? 😞
