Mix tab missing on Ps express for iPad

The Mix tab is missing on Ps Express for iPad. I have a 6th generation iPad. I can't seem to get any answers on this from help.

Thanks for reaching out. Which version of Photoshop Express are you using? 

Can you share a screenshot of what you can see? Try reinstalling the application.

After SEVERAl technical support specialists getting involved, the resprentative called today and told me that PS Express for iPad does not include Mix. This is after the PREVIOUS technician told me to update my iPad and then reinstall PS Express -- nothing was said about the MIX not being available. It seems to me that Adobe Support does not have consistent information for the customer at all and that this whole experience wasted alot of my time as well as the technicians.
