Not able to sign in using Adobe ID

Hi Everyone!

 

Does anyone know why i am not able to sign in Photoshop Express in desktop? Able to download it from Creative Cloud app but unable to sign in. Dont have any issue to sign in Adobe ID on other app. Error as per attached screenshot.

Which version of the application are you using? Did you try using a different network connection? 

Are you able to log in to other applications?

Thanks for the respond.

The version is 3.8. I believe it is the latest one since it was installed directly from Creative Cloud app. Did tried different networks still facing same error. Able to sign in into Acrobat Pro app using the same Adobe ID.
