Old iOS version???

I had and used photoshop app on my iPhone almost daily. You could layer multiple photos, select "fill" and select a photo defect or area you wanted filled in (it was red) and it would virtually remove that selected area and replace it with the surrounding background.

I deleted it to temporarily clear space on my phone and when o downloaded it again, it was a different program.
Does anyone know what I'm talking about, or where I can locate the old program and features?

Most likely you had either Photoshop Fix or Photoshop Mix earlier.

Both Photoshop Fix and Photoshop Mix have been replaced by Photoshop Express and are no longer available to download. Photoshop Express has a basic version (free) and premium version (paid).
