Option to save presets in desktop version of Photoshop Express (Windows)

After consulting the support team its clear to me that the option to save presets in Photoshop Express is left out in the desktop version (Windows 11), compared to the tablet/smartphone (Android) version of Photoshop Express.

It is a key feature for me when using Photoshop Express, and I would love to be able to use Photoshop Express on both tablet (Android) and desktop (Windows 10/11).
Another great feature would be the option to share presets across devices / through the account I log into the app with.
