Options disappeared

I would like to know what has happened that I can't see anymore selecting background option or advanced healing tool i my Photoshop Express app for android?

Thank you for reaching us. We are sorry for your difficulties. Please let me know if you have subscribed to premium. You can view the details through the three bars on the top left. If there are no files to lose, try reinstalling the application. When you select a picture to edit>> under adjustment, you can find the Background option. Under Heal>> You will find the advanced option. Please let me know what you see.

I have found the same, that I have lost the advanced editing options with the subject/background, but only in the last couple of weeks. I paid for this service so I should not be losing capabilities halfway through my subscription. I am worried that if I uninstall and then reinstall the app, my subscription will not be recognized and I will be forced to repay (which I refuse to do - you will lose me as a customer).  What can I do to get these back?
