Perspective correction in the Windows app - Photoshop Express

When I use Photoshop Express on my phone, I can use the perspective correction tools, and they work fine. When I use the Windows app, I can't find them however. Do they exist in the Windows app, or were they left out, and if so, why?

I like to use it in Windows, because sometimes a cousin sends a picture of a document that needs corrections like this, and it's a bit awkward to put the picture in the cloud, correct it on Android or iOS, and then retrieve it again.

Perspective Correction is not available in the Windows app version of Photoshop Express.
