Hi there,
for about 10 days i can't save or share any photos with PS Express after editing i'm using Lumia 920 Win 10.
Any ideas?

We're sorry to hear that Photoshop Express is not saving files to the gallery.
What device are you using, and which version of Photoshop Express? How much storage is available? What happens when you try to save the images? Do you see any error messages?
Regarding your images, what device created them? What size are they in megapixels or pixel area?
Are other apps able to read and write to your device Gallery?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
We're here to help troubleshoot, just needed a few more details.

What device are you using?
iPhone 13
and which version of Photoshop Express?
22.31.1
How much storage is available?
Over 20GB.
What happens when you try to save the images?
It just continues loading endlessly.
Do you see any error messages?
No, there are none.
Regarding your images, what device created them?
Canon EOS 5DS
What size are they in megapixels or pixel area?
5987 x 4625
Are other apps able to read and write to your device Gallery?
Yes.
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
No. Because if I do I will lose the edits I have made. I would like another solution so that I don't have to do all that work again. What can I do to get PE to download my edited photo to my camera roll, without deleting and reinstalling the app?

Ok, I did delete and reinstall the app and do all of the edits over again. But it still won't save.

Still nothing? It worked fine with my LG G8 ThinQ but I uograded to LG Velvet and now none of my photos will save. Kinda crappy since I have the upgraded version of the app.
