Photoshop Express English version

How can I get an English version of Photoshop Express?

  Each time I download the App it is a German version, which is no good to me.

Regrettably not correct.  That link gave a choice of US English and UK English.  Both of them produced a Germasn version.

I get the English version.

Microsoft didn’t help.

But I have now solved the problem. My Widows10 had German as an optional language (but not the principal/default language, which is UK English) I removed that and now have downloaded Photoshop Express again ant it is now in English.
