Hi! Struggling to get help from Adobe on this one. I have an annual subscription to the Photoshop Express app. For the last maybe 8-10 days, it will not open: Just opens on the white screen with the logo and then crashes. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, shutting down/reopening my phone, made sure it's up to date... and nothing. Any help would be seriously appreciated! Cheers.

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop Express. Would you mind sharing the version of Photoshop Express you're using? Are you using it on windows/ iOS/ Android? From where have you downloaded it?
Do you see any error messages? What is the device specification where you use the application?

Hey, I am having the same problem, and it is impossible to find a way to get in touch with an actual human to figure out this problem. My PS express has worked perfect for years, but in recent months it has become unsuable, and crashes every time I try to open a photo. I have the latest version, and I have tried to uninstall and install again, but to no use. Use it on Ipad pro. Can you please help or let me know who/how to contact someone to fix this problem?
