Hi, I am also having this problem on an iPhone 14 Pro Max running the latest version of IOS.
I will load PS Express and without fail it will freeze and bring up a loading symbol (in photos). I have gotten it to work by deleting and reinstalling the app or restarting my phone. But, should your customers have to go through that inconvenience or find a workaround to use your app? I don't have to reinstall the app for each use or shut down my phone and wait for it to come back on with any other app on my phone.
Also, even though the app says I'm signed in, when I do get it to work, it sometimes only offers me the features free users get and doesn't recognize that I already pay to access all features. This requires an additional reinstall or restart to fix that issue as well.

I'm having the same problems. Did the basics to fix.
unable towork and will likely cancel if not fixed asap. It's not the users but the users are the ones impacted.
i can't even get to editing. The photos don't load. So they can't be chosen to edit.
The loading swirl is constant and pictures black.

I hold a BFA in Graphic Design and Illustration, 17 years. I was in fine art school when Adobe absorbed MacroMedia, I am a FreeHand girl for life.
Clearly, Adobe is UNAWARE, of THE FACT, Photoshop Express is NOT USUABLE. I use photoshop to promote my raw stock photography that is not edited or branded, I move fast, and in more than 5 days I have been unable to make one image.
I assure Adobe, I and many others are very, tech savvy, things like system and app updates, restarts, reinstalls, sign -ins, are common knowledge, and completed before contacting Adobe. Not only does the restart sign in advice not work, but is insulting, and stating its the user, not Adobe.
I have canceled my photoshop paid sub, it was to renew August 4th. If Adobe does not resolve the issue i will ask for full refund via Level 2 tech complaint direct to Apple.
adobe " hope to hear from you?" Lol stop wasting time, i was nearing getting creative cloud, but i work on my phone mainly so, if you value this paying customer of decades, I suggest you stop screwing around with questions of users, and find out where your tech team screwed up both before and after the update. Its something big bc i never have encountered this issue ever before on any device or version.
Adobe it is your responsibility, I advise looking at the time period of the last 7 days and what was carried into the update and made worse. I GUARENTEE within the last 7 days something in photoshop express, was added, and it messed it up, and it is now imbedded in the new update and amplified the problem to not loading any tools, or filters.
Do us a favor Adobe, listen to the qualified advice i give, take immediate action.
Or the new thorn in Adobe's side is a small woman called Prettybirde.

I just bought the subscription and downloaded the program PS Express and am experiencing the same issue, can login with a different email for free app usage but not the paid app usage with my account, I see these issues have been a problem since May, has anyone managed to get it working or fixed by Adobe yet?? I've already done the help desk suggested uninstall and reinstall and shutdown my phone a few times, since the app works, it's a program issue...

I'm having the same issue! Every time I open the Photoshop Express app on my iPhone it immediately crashes. I redownloaded and restarted my phone but nothing works. I'm sad to see this has been going on since May with no solution.

Hi, Same issue as everyone else here. The app is freezed on Home Screen with the loading symbol blocking the screen. The only solution an agent shared is a link to this discussion and to restart my iPhone! I have uninstalled / installed / turned iPhone on and off more than 3 times.
I'm running iOS17.3.1 on an iPhone 13 Pro Max. Photoshop express version 24.7.0

I tried everything so I deleted all Adobe products including photoshop express and logged into creative cloud. I was able to download Photoshop Express version 24.31.1 It is literally completely different than before. It has a lot more features and launches without crashing. I still miss the editing capabilities of photoshop Mix and Photoshop Fix which were the gold standard I used with my business for on the go editing. But they are kind of inlcuded a bit with the new PS express app (I'm using alternative apps, because mix and fix are blended together on PS express version 24.21.1 now and are inferior. Not sure what they were thinking.)
