Photoshop express synch and privacy

I have been a user of Photoshop Express in my iphone for a long time. I'm finding, much my dismay, that the latest iteration of Photoshop automatically and without consent, upload all my images to the cloud. There is no way of stoping this process. And even when you erase the data in the project section in your app it with will keep the data in the cloud unless you go there and delete it yourself.

When will this stop happening?
