Photoshop Express - the app has a bug and wont open

Hi community,

 

hopefully, someone can help me. As of today, the Photoshop Express app is not opening at all - I get a failure message as follows:

 

"Something went wrong with Adobe Photoshop Express

Adobe Photoshop Express closed because this app has a bug

Try updating this app after its developer provides a fix for this error"

 

It worked fine until yesterday...

 

I uninstalled the app, updated Creative Cloud, and downloaded it again, but still, the error popped up. 

Phone is Samsung S23 Pro

We are sorry for your difficulties.  Once you uninstall the application, restart your phone and install the Photoshop Express application. Please let me know if this helps. I recommend sharing a screen recording of the workflow while it crashes to investigate further. Also, share the version of the installed Photoshop Express application if you find it and your device's OS version.

 

Please share the screenshot of the error message.

Hi,

 

i am also having issues with a bug on the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled countless times, along with restarting my phone. I get stuck on my camera roll with a loading screen and cannot click anything else on the app. I have never had the app get past this since i downloaded it the first time

 

phone is an iphone 15 pro
