Please add “Light”, the “Lighten” and “Darken" and "Structure" features from Fix to Express

Please Adobe add this Photoshop Fix Features to Express

-Under “Light”, the “Lighten” and “Darken" and "Structure" features ( as tools for spot work, not simply lightening or darkening the entire image.)

on Photoshop express. It's the most important feature for my work and i haven't been able to up grade to Express (and my new Ipad pro) because this feature isn't available.
