Premium Features Stopped Working

Just after a couple of weeks into my Premium subscription, I am unable to use the premium features this subscription should enable. For instance, during the free trial I was perfectly capable of using the background/ object detector in no time! I was then able to amend the background selection, etc... Now this feature does not work anymore! It will tell me to wait for the photo to be downloaded, but it apparently never happens and even for the easiest photos to detect the background, the app cannot do this. Such a waste of time, considering I am never able to use this important feature! I mainly bought photoshop for this.

We are sorry for your difficulties. Have you tried reinstalling the Photoshop Express application to see if this helps? Is it happening with all image type formats ( JPEG, PNG, RAW) to download and detect the background or a particular one? Please check if you have any pending updates for installing on the phone. 

Please share the iOS and the Photoshop Express application versions to investigate further.

I have exactly same issue. During the last 2-3 weeks premium features are not working despite my subscription is paid and valid. Pls help
