PS express . retouching photos impossible. Loading….

Hey,

I use PS Express Prenium. For 4 days when i download the photos, the application freezes and i can no longer do any editing. 

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. I doesn't work. I'm using an iPhone 13 Pro Max. 
Please solve the problem.

We are sorry for your difficulties. Please check and let us know the version of Photoshop Express installed on your phone. Please check and let us know if any updates are pending for your phone and Photoshop Express. Please share a screen recording of the workflow while crashing to investigate.
