Raw photos wont import

Raw photos open import. I've tired every update and troubleshoot method. It's obviously a problem on their end. Can anyone help?

I cannot load raw files into the editor on my iPhone or iPad. This started with v.23.42.0. A uninstall/reinstall cleared the problem, but it has returned with later updates. Nothing has helped at this point.

We are sorry for your difficulties. Please let us know the phone OS details and the Photoshop Expres version installed. You can edit your RAW images taken from your latest iPhone 15 PRO; kindly update your app to the latest version, 23.47.0, via the App Store.
