Rejected photo on discovery

i posted a edited landscape photo on discovery. I got a notification say it had been rejected, and I would need to check the community rules.

I cant find out why this is the case?

What and where is "discovery".  Is it a photo sharing site?

In the photoshop express app, it’s where you share with other users. sorry I meant discover.

I can't find any reference to "Photoshop Express Discover".  Can you tell me where to look or perhaps a screenshot?
