Repeat Notifications on both Laptop & Desktop

I keep getting a notification about removing the background of an image with one click over and over and over again on both my laptop & desktop. Super annoying. Please make it stop. I'm attaching a screenshot.

  1. Version of the app -- Adobe Photoshop Express v. 3.6.392 -- but it seems like they may be coming from the Creative Cloud App, not Photoshop, even though Photoshop is named when I click on the notification. I have Adobe Creative Cloud v. 5.7.0.1307
  2. Platform and OS version -- MS Windows 11 Home
  3. Basic steps to reproduce the problem -- I'm doing nothing. The notifications come on their own.
  4. Expected result and actual result  -- expected is like one notification, reality is dozens of them.

Hi Liz

Since your question is about Photoshop Express, I have moved this from the Photoshop forum where you posted.
