Replace Closed Eyes Tool

Could someone tell me where I can find the new Replace Eyes tool on the app? I've looked all over but I still can't find it.

According to the release notes (v6.3) it's supposed to be a new feature (in Photoshop Express) that allows you to replace closed eyes in one photo with open eyes from another, similar photo.

Hi, did you ever find an answer to this issue?

I have just started and have run into the same issue, I've posted then found yours which has been on here four years without any respones not even from Adobe support !!!

Replace Eyes is only available in the UK and Australia:
