Subscribed to Photoshop Express Premium but not getting the Premium Features

I am subscribed to Photoshop Express Premium but not getting the premium features. I don't have the replace eyes feature, the whiten teeth feature, the latest retouch features or animated collage features. I'm using an iPad Pro 6th generation
