I am unable to restore purchase of PS Express to my IPhone 7. It gets stuck on trying to activate the premium feature. I have a valid subscription. I have tried logging out of my Apple ID and signing back in, hard deleting the app and reinstalling. Nothing is working. Could you please advise?
I have the same issue and I tried everything nothing worked and customer support couldn’t help either. Did you manage to fix it?
Just to let you know, I tried uninstalling - no good. Tried restarting phone - no good. Tried soft reset - no good. Tried a full reset and erased all iPhone data - worked! Bit of a faff having to restore from iCloud all the apps etc - but it's working fine now. Thought I'd let you know as I found the "help" online shocking!!
