uRemoving text/blemish

When removing text from a photo with the blemish remover, it constantly replaces the area with another image. It never completely removes the area clicked upon, it constantly replaces it with something else. How do I fully remove text or any other image from a photograph while leaving the background in tact?

Blemish is copying content from close and similar areas, so maybe you are not analyzing your content right. Can you be so kind and post an example so that we understand what you are trying to remove and what is really happening?
