Use Content Aware to remove big objects

How can I access the content aware tool for removing large objects from a picture in Photoshop Express v23.29.1 with a premium subscription on an iPhone 13 Pro Max?

Thank you for reaching us. I am afraid that content aware tool for removing large objects from a picture in Photoshop Express is still unavilable but you can access Photoshop in your desktop to access the Content-aware fill .
