What happened to the $34.99/year plan?

When I try to upgrade to Photoshop Express Premium in the app on my iPhone, the only option I’m seeing is a 3 app bundle for $99/year. I remember there used to be an option for like $34.99/year - is that still available? If so, how do I find that option?

I'm kind of stupid. I just found the $34.99/year option to upgrade to Premium in the App Store. The 3 app bundle option I was shown was when I tried to upgrade within the PS Express app.
