Why PSX doesn't want to open any DNG files, while Lightroom open them with no problem?

At least since the beginning of the year, I've had problems with PSX on Android, where the app doesn't want to open RAW DNG files from the phone (it pop up error message that file is not supported or corrupted), but Lightroom opens them on the mobile without any problems. I reported the problem several times and also sent a sample file, but no fix was made. Why doesn't Adobe finally fix this problem? Is it possible to download an old version of PSX somewhere so I can work normally with the app, or get the latest 2020 PSX for Galaxy devices where everything worked and the basic functions (light, exposure...) were better too?

Hi @defaultssp62iqvrvpf
I’m sorry to hear about the trouble with opening RAW DNG files in Photoshop Express on Android. While Lightroom handles these files seamlessly, PSX supports specific file types, and you can find the details here: https://adobe.ly/4gen0FT
Unfortunately, older versions of the app aren’t available for download. If the issue persists, let us know, we’d be happy to assist further!
Regards,
Sonali
