Photoshop Express on my Windows 10 desktop will not open or recognize .gif images. No problem opening in other image viewers or in PS Elements. Also, no problems with PS Express opening other types of image files. Any ideas how I can correct this? I have tried restarts and uninstall/reinstall with no change. A registry issue? The files are simple images, not animated .gif or anything else unusual.
