Windows 10 1803version Photoshop Express from Microsoft Store briefly opens then crashes.
I have done a Windows Reset. Most other Store apps work (a few do not including this one)
It tries to start, displays a titled window with a black background, then abruptly quits. The Windows Apps & Features troubleshooter finds no issues.
It says to click the app in Apps & Features then the Advanced button then Repair (not sure about that final word). But the only buttons present are Launch and Uninstall.
The troubleshooter did say the Temp location for Store apps had changed, and it fixed that but did not say I needed to restart.
How can this be fixed? Surely others have had this issue.
