Any idea why Photoshop fix won’t download from iTunes?

Hi

I am trying to download photoshop fix from iTunes but although initially looking as if it starts the download I get a message telling me that Paypal needs to send me an SMS code to verify my phone before I can make purchases. I click on continue and the screen goes blank before taking me back to iTunes and halting the download.

My phone is linked to my Paypal account, my phone is up to date with the latest iOS,  I have storage space and I’m only trying to download a free app so don’t see what the problem could be. Any suggestions?

Hi Debbie,

What device are you using to download the app from iTunes?

Also, it looks like an issue with the iTunes account. Kindly check the account settings for the same as well.
