Can't save a file

I'm trying to save a file and an error keeps popping up saying ""Could not complete the Save As command because there is not enough memory (RAM)

I am having this trouble too. I got a new computer and thought I could just use my sign on to open the new illustrator but when I went to save i got this message as well. So I saved it to the cloud instead of my computer and it worked.
