can't save a picture

Hello, I just downloaded the app, Adobe Photoshop Fix, and tried saving the desired picture after I edited it, however, the picture is always black whenever I try to view it. Help?

Ok thank you for the help Sheena. I think it was bc I didn't have an Adobe

profile yet. Once I created one, the pic saved.
