iPad pro11 my Photoshop app crashed every time i try to load a picture

It is invredible.in the year 2020 i by a Photoshop appformy iPad and...icannot work.

Every time when i try to load a picture my Photoshop ap freez....

Sorry to hear about the app crashing, could you please let us know the version of Photoshop you're working on?
Also, what image format are you trying to open in Photoshop?
