My photoshop fix is frozen and I can't do anything with it.

When I open my photoshop fix it doesn't do anything then when I close it out it's open on another page with my old picture I worked on but it's frozen and I can't do anything with it. Does anyone know what I can do to get it to work again?

First, thank you for your question. Very recently, I have faced the same issue. Then I uninstall and again install the software. I used adobe photoshop very smoothly. So you try my idea.
