Photoshop Fix Flattens My Images

I've started to notice Photoshop Fix on my iPad Pro flattens  images not allowing me to go back and see all the masks / edits I've done. Has anyone else had this happen? Also why is Photoshop Fix doing this?

Hi Hamilton,

It seems that you're layers icon is selected to all the layers and that's why it flattens your image.

Please see the encircled icon in the snapshot below which is the same in your app, make sure it is not selected to all the layers:
