Photoshop Fix hey reís de automatically

Good afternoon, 2 days ago I bought the Ipad Air to start editing photos from there and I use 3 programs in total: Lightroom, Photoshop Fix (to smooth the skin) and normal photoshop to use the patch.
Then I have the problem that when I transfer the photo from Lightroom to Photoshop Fix, it lowers the pixels a lot and the image remains with poor quality. I get a message that "the image was optimized to improve performance" but when I save it the quality is still poor.
Could someone tell me why?
