Photoshop Fix not opening shared iCloud images on iPad Pro

When using Photoshop Fix some images from the Apple Shared albums are not opening in my iPad Pro.

I get a message saying “this image cannot be opened” and find that the only way to open these photos is to firstly save them to my camera roll and then open them from there. As I say it is not all of the Shared images that I have this problem with, only certain ones.

has anyone got any suggestions or ideas how to fix this issue? as it’s a pain to have to save to camera roll and then open them ( it also uses up more drive space)

Hi William,

That's because currently you can import files from your camera roll or the CC libraries.

But I'll pass this feature request to the product team as there have been such limitation with the app for many users now.
