Photoshop fix spot healing tool not working

I'm not able to remove objects using spot healing because I always get showd around my picture so I'm trying to remove unwanted people from picture using photoshop fix but I fail to remove them.

Hi Ibrahim,

That does not sound good, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
Also, what version of the app and iOS you're using?
