When I open Photoshop 2021, I get the following: "LoadLibrary failed with error 87: The parameter is incorrect"
Photoshop then opens. I open a photo file, the RAW seems to work. When I open the file, and use any tool, it then freezes, and I have to use task manager to close the app.
