Resize images to presized dimensions in iPad apps

Hello,

I use the images from iPad for my blog and sometimes after all corrections I need to save them in presized dimensions (like 1000x750px or 1200x800px or others) but I can’t find any app that can do it. All apps I used just save the result “as is“ or send it to desktop app but I don’t have my computer with me all the time and want to use images from my iPad directly.

Maybe I just didn’t find it in Adobe apps? Could you please help?
