i paid for the subscription for photoshop to use on my ipad but it wont connect via apple id. Everytime i try to login it takes me to 2nd screen that on the bottom says "please check your network connection and try again" even I tired with wifi and via mobile data.

I'm not entirely sure what's going on there? Did you subscribe via iTunes? Just asking since you said you were using your Apple ID. Do you have an Adobe ID at all?

Does the screen that you are shown have a sign out option at the top right? If so try signing out then back in again.

There was server side issues when trying to sign into accounts today. That issue has been resolved and things are beginning to make their way back to normal. Please give it another try and let us know if you are still encountering issues.
