Are animation options available in app version?

I saw in the description of the app it said animation but no matter how hard I try I can't figure out how you do it? Is there no setting to animation with and just go simply by frames? I've tried looking it up and there's no tutorials or anything so if anyone could help me out so I don't waste anymore time I'd greatly appreciate it!

There is no timeline feature in the mobile app.
