When using the brush tool the brush strokes are always small, no matter how much I increase the brush size. On occasion the brush size is accurate to what I set it but then, within seconds, it shrinks down to about a pixel. I just downloaded this app and made no changes to any settings. Why is this happening? This is also occuring with the eraser tool.

Hi there,

That's quite strange as your brush strokes are not visible. Could you please share a screenshot of the brush settings menu?

  • Use pressure for opacity: Selecting Use pressure for opacity varies the opacity of the brush based on the brush pressure applied while painting.
  • Check the Flow and Smoothing slider amount.

Also, checkout this article for more details: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/photoshop-brushes-ipad.html

Thanks,
